Construction Update: Week of 04/27/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
This week, we continued installing rebar for our first mat foundation placement. The 1st mat foundation placement date is scheduled for May 5th and will now begin at 2am. Neighbors can expect to hear trucks, equipment, and crews throughout this full-day operation. The 2nd mat foundation placement is scheduled for the following week and will be a similar operation. Next week will also consist of more rebar deliveries and formwork installation as we prepare for the final mat placement. Additional concrete placements will take place in the following weeks for columns and shear walls.
In addition, we have continued our underground plumbing and electrical installation on the north side of the project and will continue to work on this throughout next week. Lastly, we are continuing our offsite storm drain and water utility work on California street. This will continue through the first few weeks of May. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
