Construction Update: Week of 09/07/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Last week we finished framing level 4 on the north & south side of the project. This week we started installing floor joists & walls for the 5th floor of the project. Roof framing is expected to start in the next couple of weeks. We've also started to receive and install windows for the project. Window delivery & install will continue over the next couple of weeks. Lastly, we are finishing metal framing on the north side of level 1 and have continued hanging exterior gypsum board and have started exterior facade work.
This last week we also finished the new curb & gutter along Mercy Street. We also installed infrastructure for street lights along Mercy Street. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible. Neighbors should continue to expect wood panel deliveries over the next month and weekend work should be expected throughout the month September. Weekend work will now start at 7am throughout the rest of September.
