Construction Update: Week of 08/24/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Throughout this week, we continued installing walls and floor joists for the 4th floor of the project. In addition, we continued installing floor joists for level 2 of the townhomes. Lastly, we continued metal framing on the north side of level 1, and have started hanging exterior gypsum board as we prepare for exterior facade work. Next week we will continue framing walls and floor joists for level 4 & 5 of the project.
This last week we finished demolition of the Mercy street curb and sidewalk. Utility trenching started back up on the corner of Bryant street & California street next week. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible. Neighbors should continue to expect wood panel deliveries over the next 2 months and weekend work should be expected throughout the month of August and September. Weekend work will now start at 7am throughout the rest of August and into September.
