Construction Update: Week of 03/16/26
- Mar 20
- 2 min read
Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Over the past week, we assembled a primary jobsite entrance for construction vehicles, installed tree protection for all trees remaining in place for the duration of construction, and completed the removal of all surface brush, plants and other debris from the site.
This week, the south-bound lane on Bryant Street closed. This closure keeps workers and the public safe, creates space for heavy equipment, and allows for efficient work progress. The lane will remain closed for the duration of construction. We also removed designated trees from the site and began heavy equipment deliveries. Rough grading, excavation & off-hauling of dirt from the site started in preparation for the mat foundation and will continue into next week.
Next week we will begin excavation work for the project’s temporary power service on the corner of Mercy Street and Bryant Street. The team also plans to start onsite storm drain utility work.
We hope these updates are helpful in keeping you informed about what’s happening onsite. For the latest updates, please visit the Project website at www.mountainviewlot12.org
Thank you for your patience while this work is underway and please reach out to me with any questions about ongoing operations.
