Construction Update: Week of 10/26/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project and happy Halloween!
We've finished framing the roof levels on both buildings and the townhomes. We have started installing the roofing on all buildings, which is our next top priority as we get into the winter season. Exterior sheathing and window installation is continuing around the perimeter of the buildings as we push to close up the exterior.
We are continuing to install electrical, plumbing & mechanical within the units and corridors. This work will be ongoing over the next couple of months, which will allow us to start hanging drywall.
Lastly, we want to remind the neighborhood of the PG&E work that is ongoing along Mercy Street. The work is taking place from Bryant Street to Shoreline Boulevard and is expected to continue over the next few weeks. Please note that this work is being performed by PG&E crews, not the Lot 12 construction team. For more information about the PG&E work, we recommend neighbors reach out directly to PG&E. For any other questions, please feel free to contact the Lot 12 team at the contact information below.
Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds in the surrounding area around the project and consider other traffic routes if possible. Neighbors should continue to expect large deliveries over the next month and weekend work should be expected throughout the month of November. Weekend work will start at 7am throughout November.
