Construction Update: Week of 09/28/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
We've made great progress throughout the last couple of weeks. We've finished framing the 5th floor and have started framing the roof levels. Exterior sheathing and window installation has continued around the perimeter of the building as we push to close up the exterior of the buildings. We have also started to install electrical, plumbing & mechanical within the units and corridors. We are looking forward to starting drywall in the next couple of months as we make more progress and finish the roof.
Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds in the surrounding area around the project and consider other traffic routes if possible. Neighbors should continue to expect large deliveries over the next month and weekend work should be expected throughout the month October. Weekend work will start at 7am throughout October.
