Construction Update: Week of 10/12/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
We've been working on framing the roof levels on both buildings and the townhomes. We are now focusing on finishing the gable roof framing along the perimeter of the project. Exterior sheathing and window installation is continuing around the perimeter of the buildings as we push to close up the exterior. Throughout the next month we will be starting to install the roof shingles and TPO roofing so that we can make the building water tight.
In addition, we are now focusing on installing the electrical, plumbing & mechanical within the units and corridors. This work will be ongoing over the next couple of months, which will allow us to start hanging drywall.
Lastly, we want to make the neighborhood aware of PG&E work that is scheduled to take place beginning Monday, October 19th. PG&E is scheduled to perform work on Mercy Street from Bryant Street to Shoreline Boulevard and is expected to take place over the next few weeks. Please note that this work will be performed by PG&E crews, not the Lot 12 construction team. For more information about the PG&E work, we recommend neighbors reach out directly to PG&E. For any other questions, please feel free to contact the Lot 12 team at the contact information below.
Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds in the surrounding area around the project and consider other traffic routes if possible. Neighbors should continue to expect large deliveries over the next month and weekend work should be expected throughout the month October. Weekend work will start at 7am throughout October.
