Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Over the past two weeks, we have been excavating and off hauling dirt from the site as we prepare the sub grade for our mat foundation. Excavation and off haul will continue into early next week. We’ve also excavated at the corner of Mercy Street & Bryant Street to install temporary power infrastructure for the project.
Next week, we will be finishing and certifying our subgrade dirt pad which will allow us to begin underground plumbing and electrical work, mat foundation formwork, and elevator pit excavation.
