Construction Update: Week of 04/03/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project. We continue to make steady progress on site.
Throughout the week, we have been excavating the final subgrade of the mat foundation and elevator pits. We are expecting to wrap the bulk of the offhauling this week. We also started lime treatment of the subgrade dirt, which helps stabilize and strengthen the dirt prior to starting mat slab rebar activities.
Next week, we will start installing underground plumbing and electrical pipes and continue with onsite storm drain pipe installation. Lastly, you may notice delivery of rebar and the beginning of mat slab formwork.
