Construction Update: Week of 04/06/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
This week, we started to layout and install underground plumbing and electrical pipes on the south side of the project. Carpenters also started to deliver material and began assembling formwork for the mat slab. Both activities, including formwork installation, will continue into next week as part of the mat foundation. In the meantime, we are expecting to wrap up onsite storm drain work along the west side of the project.
Next week, we also plan to start offsite storm drain and water utility work on California street. This activity is expected to take several weeks and will require traffic control on California Street. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
