Construction Update: Week of 07/13/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
This week we started to install walls for the 2nd floor of the north side of the project. We will continue to work on these walls throughout next week. We also started to layout walls on the 1st floor of the project, and framing is expected to start throughout the rest of the month. We've installed our personnel hoist on the Bryant St. side of the project, which will be used to move people and material up and down the building. Next week, we will start to install walls for the 3rd floor of the south side of the project. Neighbors can expect to see wood panels being delivered and hoisted over the next 3 months. Weekend work should be expected throughout the month of July.
Lastly, we are continuing excavation for our dry utility work along Mercy Street. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
