Construction Update: Week of 07/27/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Throughout this week, we continued to install walls on the north side of level 2 and the south side of level 3. We also started installing floor joists for the 3rd floor of the north side. Next week we will start installing floor joists for level 4 of the south side. In addition, we will start to frame walls for the townhomes that are located along the western front of the project next week. Neighbors should continue to expect wood panel deliveries over the next 2 months. Weekend work should be expected throughout the month of August.
Lastly, we are finishing excavation for our dry utility work along Mercy Street in the next couple of weeks. This will allow us to start installing scaffolding along the perimeter of the project, which is expected to start next week. We intend to jump back over to California St. to perform the dry utility work needed there. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
