Construction Update: Week of 07/20/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Throughout this week, we started to install walls on the north side of level 2 and the south side of level 3. We are expecting to start floor joists for level 3 north and level 4 south in the next week. In addition next week, we will start to frame walls on the south side of the 1st floor. Neighbors should continue to expect wood panel deliveries over the next 2 months. Weekend work should be expected throughout the month of July an August.
Lastly, we are finishing excavation for our dry utility work along Mercy Street in the next couple of weeks. We intend to jump back over to California St. to perform the dry utility work needed there. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
