Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
This week, we have been delivering and installing rebar in preparation for our 2nd mat foundation placement. The 2nd mat foundation placement date is scheduled for TONIGHT, starting at 12am on May 16th. Neighbors should expect to hear and see trucks, equipment, and crews throughout this full-day operation. Additional concrete placements for columns can be expected throughout next week during normal working hours as we build the 2nd floor on the north side of the project.
In addition, we have started to build our L2 deck on the south side of the project. This will continue throughout next week, with rebar deliveries to follow in the following week. We are also wrapping up the offsite storm drain and water utility work on California street and we expect to move on from California street to Mercy Street to start dry utility work at the end of May. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
