Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
This past week, we completed our mat foundation for the project. We appreciate the cooperation from the neighborhood during these early phase activities. Additional concrete placements for columns can be expected throughout next week during normal working hours as we build the 2nd floor on the north side of the project.
In addition, we are continuing to build our level 2 deck on the south side of the project. This will continue throughout next week, with rebar deliveries starting in the middle of next week. We are expecting to place the south level 2 deck in the 2nd week of June and will provide more information as we get closer. We are also wrapping up the offsite storm drain and water utility work on California street and we expect to move on from California street to Mercy Street to start dry utility work at the end of May. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
