Construction Update: Week of 05/25/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
This past week, we continued to work on building the level 2 deck on the south side of the project. The deck construction will continue throughout the entirety of next week as we head to the north side of the project. Rebar deliveries are scheduled to start at the beginning of next week for the south deck. Additional concrete placements for columns can be expected throughout next week during normal working hours. We are expecting to place the south level 2 deck in the 2nd week of June and will provide more information as we get closer. Saturday work should be expected throughout the month of June as we push to complete the concrete portion of work and transition into wood framing.
We are continuing to work on offsite water utilities on California street and we expect to move on from California street to Mercy Street to start dry utility work after the first week of June. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
In other news, the City of Mountain View, Alta Housing & Related California held a ground breaking event this past Wednesday to acknowledge the efforts from the community to bring affordable housing to Mountain View.
