Construction Update: Week of 06/01/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
This past week, we continued to work on building the level 2 deck on the south side of the project. The level 2 south deck placement date is scheduled for next week, starting at 12am on June 11th. Neighbors should expect to hear and see trucks, equipment, and crews throughout this full-day operation.
The deck construction will continue throughout the entirety of next week as we head to the north side of the project. Rebar deliveries will continue periodically for the rest of the month for both decks. Additional concrete placements for columns can be expected throughout next week during normal working hours. Our final concrete placement is expected to take place in the first week of July. Saturday work should be expected throughout the month of June as we push to complete the concrete portion of work and transition into wood framing.
We are finishing offsite water utilities on California street and we expect to move on from California street to Mercy Street to start dry utility work in the next 2 weeks. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.
