Dear Neighbors,

Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.

We are approaching our completion of the north level 2 deck and our final concrete placement activity. We are scheduled to have our last concrete deck placement on July 2nd at 12am. Neighbors should expect to hear and see trucks, equipment, and crews throughout this full-day operation. We appreciate the neighborhoods cooperation as we complete this milestone.

Wood framing is the next major activity to take place onsite, and has officially started this week on the south side of the level 2 deck. The wood structure starts with our level 2 walls and will continue up to our roof that sits above the 5th floor. We expect to start wood framing on the north side of level 2 in early July. Neighbors can expect to see wood panels being delivered and hoisted over the next 3 months. We look forward to finishing this work in a timely manner and will continue to provide updates throughout the process.

Lastly, we are continuing excavation for our dry utility work along Mercy Street. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible.

We hope these updates are helpful in keeping you informed about what’s happening onsite. For the latest updates, please visit the Project website at www.mountainviewlot12.org

Thank you for your patience while this work is underway and please reach out to me with any questions about ongoing operations.

Best regards,
