Construction Update: Week of 08/03/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Throughout this week, we finished installing walls on the north side of level 2 and the south side of level 3. We started to install floor joists for the 3rd floor of the north side and the 4th floor of the south side. In addition, we started to frame walls for the townhomes that are located along the western front and started metal framing on the ground floor. Scaffolding along Mercy street also began, and this will continue into next week as it extends along Bryant St.
Next week we will start installing walls for level 3 on the north side and continue to framing walls on level 1. Lastly, we are finishing excavation for our dry utility work along Mercy Street in the next week. We intend to jump back over to California St. to perform the dry utility work needed there. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible. Neighbors should continue to expect wood panel deliveries over the next 2 months and weekend work should be expected throughout the month of August.
