Construction Update: Week of 08/10/26

Dear Neighbors,
Welcome back to another update on the Mountain View Lot 12 project.
Throughout this week, we finished installing walls on the south side of level 3 and floor joists on the north side of level 3. We started to install floor joists for the 4th floor of the south side and walls on the 3rd floor of the north side. In addition, we are finishing walls for the townhomes that are located along the western front and started metal framing on the ground floor. Scaffolding along Bryant street began, and this will continue into next week as it extends up the north side of Bryant street.
Next week we will start installing walls on the 4th floor of the south side, continue installing walls for level 3 on the north side and continue to frame walls on the north side of level 1. Lastly, we are finishing excavation for our dry utility work along Mercy Street in the next week. Please be cautious of slower traffic speeds and consider other traffic routes if possible. Neighbors should continue to expect wood panel deliveries over the next 2 months and weekend work should be expected throughout the month of August.
