Mountain View Lot 12 Began Construction on 03/02/26

Dear Neighbors,

My name is Christian, and I’m the General Contractor with Related California Construction overseeing the construction project at 424 Bryant, known as Mountain View Lot 12. We began construction on this 100% affordable housing development on Monday, March 2. The perimeter fencing has now been installed, and we will soon begin demolition of the existing asphalt surface parking lot.

As work gets underway, I wanted to introduce myself and provide a direct point of contact should you have any questions or concerns during construction. Our team is committed to being respectful of the neighborhood and minimizing disruption as much as possible.

Typical work hours will be Monday through Friday from approximately 7:00AM to 6:00PM, in accordance with local regulations. During these hours, there may occasionally be construction noise, deliveries, or contractor parking in the area. We will do our best to keep the site and surrounding streets clean, safe, and organized.

I will also aim to provide a brief construction update most Fridays to keep neighbors informed of upcoming activities. If anything arises that you’d like to discuss, please feel free to reach out to me directly. I’m happy to help address concerns promptly.
